Barre fuses elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. These classes focuses on small, isometric movements designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. During this class, you’ll be guided through a variety of exercises targeting key muscle groups for a full-body workout. This class is designed to challenge you physically and mentally, while encouraging you to take breaks as needed, while having fun!
