Things You Need For Class
- Smart phone, computer or tablet with the Zoom app
- Equipment
- Light weights (1-5lbs) or grab canned food or fill water bottles if you don't have weights
- Yoga mat or no-slip surface
- A chair or something to help you stabilize (wall, kitchen counter, window sill)
- OPTIONAL: Blanket or padding for your knees
