5-Class Online Vinyasa Yoga Collection

The 5-Class Online Vinyasa Yoga Collection consists of five full-length vinyasa flows guaranteed to leave you feeling better than when you first stepped onto your mat. Each class progressively leads you into poses that require greater effort and focus. At the end of each class, you’ll settle into a final resting position to allow all the benefits of your yoga practice to seep into your body and mind. These classes are suitable for all levels, with options for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

In this series you will:

  • Use your breath to release excess tension and slowly deepen into poses
  • Challenge yourself with dynamic movements
  • Increase your overall mobility, flexibility, balance & strength
  • Build body awareness and expand your ability to concentrate and focus
  • Learn how to move in a way that works for your body

Duration:

Each class is around 40-60 minutes long.

Equipment:

* All that is required is your yoga mat or a soft non-slip surface. Optional equipment includes:

  • Yoga blocks (optional) or you can stack books if needed
  • Yoga strap (optional) or you can grab a towel or belt

Description of Each Class

Class 1: Get Your Twist On

This class will cover it all while highlighting different twisting postures to enhance spinal mobility, challenge your balance, and stimulate digestion while promoting mental clarity and emotional release. This class will help you deepen your practice, enhance your well-being, and leave you with a greater sense of calm and energy.

Class 2: Full-Body Dynamic Unwinding

This class is designed to help you unwind tension in your body and mind by breathing deeply and slowly finding a deep release while moving through full-body dynamic poses. The class starts with a slow warm up before moving into standing poses that target your glues, hamstrings, side body and inner thighs so you can feel lighter in both body and mind.

Class 3: Healthy Spine= Healthy Life

Our spine does a lot for us. Including, supporting our ribcage so we can breathe in a functional and efficient manner to promote optimal health. This class will move you through postures that will get your spine flexing, extending, rotating, and side bending to enhance the spine's flexibility, strength, and mobility. This class is sure to leave you standing taller and breathing deeper.

Class 4: All Around Great Flow

This well-rounded class features some of my favorite poses that I do during my own home practice. You’ll move through an array of poses designed to leave you feeling energized, centered, and calm. With a focus on fluid transitions between poses, we’ll work through dynamic sequences that target every part of the body.

Class 5: Connect Movement & Breath

Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga where we connect movements with our breath. This class will begin by focusing on linking the breath with more subtle movements to help you move deeper into each posture. Toward the end, we’ll combine standing poses featured in each of these classes and link these bigger movements with our breath to help us find our flow. This class also will help to open your hamstrings while challenging your balance and ability to maintain a smooth, calm breath cycle.
