 ⁨@TheShackAK⁩ is hosting a FREE 5-day online barre challenge on YouTube to inspire you to move your body for at least 20-minutes over the course of the challenge and beyond. These five classes will incorporate light weights only (2-5lbs).

Day 2: Core

Day 3: Inner Thighs & Hips

Day 4: Booty

Day 5: Legs

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Sign up for the Challenge

2. Get an email sent to your inbox for each of the 5-days with a link to access the class recording

3. Have unlimited access to these classes

A link to each of the challenge classes will be delivered to your inbox for each of the 5-days. You'll also receive tips and tricks to help you break down the barriers of your mind so you can keep moving forward toward better health. By the end of these 5 days, you'll feel energized and motivated to keep moving your body well beyond the duration of the challenge - leading to greater physical and mental strength.

WHAT IS BARRE?

Barre fuses elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. These classes focus on small, isometric movements designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. During this class, you’ll be guided through a variety of exercises targeting key muscle groups for a full-body workout. This class is designed to challenge you physically and mentally, while encouraging you to take breaks as needed, while having fun!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

  1. Weights (2lbs-5lbs)

  2. Yoga mat or some kind of non-slip surface

  3. OPTIONAL: Blankets or soft padding for your knees if needed
