A 90-minute practice to help you chill.
What: This class will use therapy balls coupled with movement and breathing practices, to unwind tension in the respiratory muscles and release built up stress in the body and mind. These practices will further prepare you to enter into final relaxation (savasana).
When: Friday, November 21st from 6:30-8pm
