Every Sunday, you’ll receive an email with the week’s nutrition video and a schedule of workout classes. You can watch the videos and complete the workouts at any time that fits your schedule. We'll challenge you to practice the weekly nutritional action point and complete 3 strength-based workouts per/week with an optional 4th Pilates/barre class.
You’ll also get a link to an optional weekly Zoom session, where Kristin and Natalie provide live support, answer your questions, and help you work through any challenges that may be getting in the way of your goals.
