@TheShackAK is hosting a FREE 5-day online barre challenge on YouTube that will transform you from the inside out. These five classes will incorporate heavier weights (5-15lbs) in addition to props. You can view the equipment and alternatives below. Don't have the equipment? No problem. You'll still build strength without!
A link to each of the challenge classes will be delivered to your inbox for each of the 5-days. You'll also receive tips and tricks to help you break down the barriers of your mind so you can keep moving forward toward better health. By the end of these 5 days, not only will you be stronger physically, but you'll notice that you feel more confident and empowered mentally.

Kristin Wetzel discovered yoga and breath based practices when entering her freshman year of college in 2006. Years later, Kristin wanted to share her love of movement and breath work with others so in 2022, the Yoga Shack was born.
Kristin is passionate about using ancient practices combined with an evidence based approach to breathing to promote health and wellness. She offers in-person and online yoga & Barre classes, and individualized Integrative Breathing Therapy (IBT) sessions.
